Ms. Natalie Freel

My name is Natalie Freel, and I am the Art Teacher at North Habersham Middle School. 
 
I have a Bachelor's degree in English and History with a Minor in Art, and a Master's degree in Middle Grades Education from Piedmont College. I strive to enrich the lives of children through engaging Art lessons and positive learning experiences.
 
I specialize in painting, sculpting, and pottery. I have had experience working as an Art Handler, Gallery Attendant, and Art Curator. I love the history of art, the inspirational stories of famous artists, and art’s connection to content areas across the curriculum. Art fosters a sense of joy, an appreciation for exploration, and excellence which can spread to every part of the school.
