Dr. Smith

My name is Dr. Summer Smith, and I teach English Language Arts (ELA) at North Habersham Middle School. This is my 24th year of my teaching career; I previously taught in the Hall County and Banks County school systems. Reading is my passion, and I love when students understand the value that reading has in their lives. 

 

I am a graduate of Habersham Central High School. In addition to gifted endorsement, my degrees include Bachelors of Science Degree in Middle Grades Education from University of North Georgia, Masters Degree in Middle Grades Education from Walden University, Educational Specialist Degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University, and Educational Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.
