Mr. Curry

Hello! My name is Donovan Curry, or Coach Curry, and I’m excited to be a part of North Habersham Middle School this year. I originally grew up in Stephens County but moved and graduated from Habersham Central, where I played football. I was fortunate enough to earn a scholarship to continue my football career at Troy University. I’m also currently a track coach at Habersham Central. Working with students and athletes has taught me a lot about accountability, discipline, and learning from mistakes, and that’s the same mindset I bring into the ISS room.

My expectations are simple: be respectful, follow directions, get your work done, and have a good attitude. ISS is a consequence, but one mistake does not define a student. I’ll hold students accountable while also giving them a fresh start every day. My goal is for students to use their time with me productively, learn from their choices, and leave ready to get back on track!
