Miss Katherine Throne
My name is Katherine Throne and I am the Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor at North Habersham Middle School. As an Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor, I strive to share my knowledge and passion for the agriculture industry and FFA not only with the students, faculty, and staff at NHMS, but also with the community. I am a former FFA member of the LaGrange High School FFA Chapter in LaGrange, GA, where I graduated from high school. I was a highly active FFA member with competing in many different Career and Leadership Development Events (CDEs/LDEs) at the area, state, and national level, participating in community service projects, serving as a chapter and area officer, and competing with livestock (beef, swine, goats, and sheep). My family also operates a beef cattle operation, which I assist with when I am able to be home.
